We want every midwife, nurse, and student to love their handmade healthcare tools.

You can return unused birth counters, fetal wheels, and stock items within 30 days of receipt. We stand behind our meticulous craftsmanship and offer straightforward replacements or refunds.

To request a return or report a defect, send a message with your order details to our support team.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days using your original payment method. You will receive a notification as soon as your returned healthcare items are processed at our studio.

Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for refund or exchange if they meet these criteria:

Purchased within 30 days
Unused in original box

Non-returnable handmade items:

Custom engraved name tags or personalized badge reels.
Items showing clear signs of clinical use or liquid exposure.
Unsealed healthcare teaching aids returned after hygiene seal breakage.
Digital downloads, templates, or discounted clearance bundles.

We carefully inspect all returned tools and reserve the right to decline items that do not comply with hygiene guidelines.

Shipping Back

Pack your items securely and mail them back to our workshop. Customers cover standard return shipping fees.

We recommend using tracked shipping for your returned tools. We cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged during transit without proof of delivery to our craft workshop.

Gifts

If your healthcare tool was received as a gift, we can issue store credit directly to you upon receiving the returned item. Simply include the original order number or gift receipt.

If the gift was shipped directly to the purchaser, any refund will automatically be credited to their original payment account.
