Should you return an unused item, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Handcrafted in our studio, tools like fetal position wheels and ampoule openers ship within 1–3 business days. We send orders across North America and Europe with tracked delivery (3–5 working days). Express shipping is available at checkout for urgent clinical placement needs.
